      Hiram was 32 when he married Lucinda. She was 21. They must have come to Jackson or Rutland after 1846 as Georgia was born in 1846 near Tioga, PA. When Hiram died in 1872, his wife Lucinda was in will, along with daughter Georgiana Cook and son G.J. Cook, executor.

      Hiram and Lucinda are buried in Pumpkin Hill Cemetary, Roseville, PA.
      Also buried there are 3 of their grandchildren. This cemetary is in disrepair, and we could not find the headstones on August 21, 1992.

      Enumerated in the 1850 census of Jackson Township, Tioga county, PA, farmer. Residence was on lot 198, which they sold Dec. 18, 18855 to Jerdan Sheive and moved to neighboring Rutland Township where they were enumerated in 1860. Both Hiram and Lucinda signed.
